Chilli & lime seasoning (Low sodium)

Country of Origin – Mexico

Flavour and Aroma –  Massive burst of pepper and lime.  Like a savoury sour sweet!

Chilli heat – 2/10 warming rather than hot

Ingredients – Chilli peppers, Sea salt, citric acid, dehydrated lime juice. potassium chloride and silicon dioxide (anti caking agent)

Uses in Mexican cooking – Increasingly in dry seasoning rubs for meat and fish as Mexican look to cut their salt intake
